The toy for children aged 7-10 consists of wooden structures with elements of textiles. The basic version of the “house” structure consists of over a hundred elements. It has wooden elements, wedges, cotton material and a ribbon. 

The main material used in play – from which children build the skeleton – is ash wood. The wedges were made from oak. Building is done by successively connecting elements of boards and scantlings and stabilizing it with wedges hammered in. 

Fun that encourages children to cooperate and allows them to learn about the function of simple tools and devices. It also promotes the use of potentially “dangerous tools” under controlled conditions – which encourages children to be more responsible for their own safety while playing. 

Natural materials and subdued colors allow children to be creative and fit in the direction of teaching with the Montessori method.
