Crafting plastics! Studio brings bioplastics into our everyday lives. They combine science and design to find creative solutions for integrating sustainable materials into ready-to-use products. We aimed at creating a product from scratch up to the final product, up to its inevitable decay. With this approach, we have developed a fully biodegradable, organic plastic, from which we can create glasses and a whole range of other products. Our experiments are opening up new perspectives on the materiality of everyday objects. As a reflection of the level of pollution in the fashion industry, we have chosen eyewear to be a pioneer a product that is usually produced in large quantities according to trends and seasonality. We tend to scale globally. Our aim is to develop awareness and create innovative clothing. Instead of waiting for the perfect material, we offer a creative solution and initiate active co-operation.
