Laufrad is the first mobile toy in a child’s life. It helps develop dexterity and brings joy when the first steps are taken. It is unbelievably simple – a handle with a wheel at the end. Thanks to the old-fashioned form it helps the child to learn by experience, it provides the senses with information about the weight and texture of wood, colours, even smells. Laufrad develops such skills as motility, concentration, coordination, body control and flexibility. In the manufacturing process, the emphasis was put on quality – of both the materials and the handiwork. All the elements were made in small craft workshops and each product is packed with a number and a unique note.
