Each Baleen eyewear collection invites you to explore the architectural gems of the world. From the modernist lines of the Mies Van der Rohe (Montjuïc) pavilion in Barcelona, through the minimalism of the Dirickz villa in Rhode-Saint Genèse designed by Marcel Leborgne, to the bold architecture of the Messner Mountain Museum in the Dolomites designed by Zaha Hadid. 

The latest collection was inspired by admiration for the unusual shape of the Ueno Toshogu Juyosho Temple designed by Hiroshi Nakamura, which is located in Tokyo’s Taitō district. 

The TAITŌ model is made of titanium, which is lightweight and durable. The glasses are plated entirely in 22k gold.  

The BOLZANO and DIRICKZ model was made of Italian acetate of the highest quality. The metal parts with the unique pattern of the brand also, are plated with 22k gold.
