Tomorrow’s fashion industry is user-oriented, technology-driven and more positive for our planet. An industry known for its massive use of water, energy and chemicals is today undergoing a major transformation. New possibilities and responsible solutions are born and scaled up so that fashion can continue to play an important role and be of great interest to many people. Meeting the demands of conscious consumers living in both the digital and physical world is part of the game.
In Sweden, the goal of responsible development is well established. A strong set of fashion brands and initiatives with a clear sustainability agenda is putting Sweden at the forefront.
The exhibition Fashion Forever provides a broad overview of the emerging fashion industry in Sweden as well as presenting specific initiatives from politics, academia and industry. The many promising innovations from Sweden’s foremost fashion pioneers gives a glimpse of what’s to come.
