Comfort is about moderation and balance. 

It’s best when there’s neither too much nor too little comfort. The same goes for technology. The digital revolution has many positive aspects, but a number of people, including myself, experience screen overload. 

This is becoming an increasingly serious social issue. Its relevance is evidenced by the announcement from the Ministry of Digitalization declaring the year 2024 as the year of digital hygiene. What are we searching for on the internet? Sometimes answers to simple questions, and sometimes we simply fall into the trap of scrolling. Overstimulated, we feel discomfort and disorientation. How to regain balance? Kinga Offert asked friends how they take care of themselves, consciously choosing to be OFFline. This resulted in a series of graphics, which visually depict the collision of the virtual and real worlds. The scenes are moments through which interlocutors rediscover their inner balance and energy.
