DE.SERKI is a set of three boards for cutting and serving Polish cheeses. The design is inspired by the diamond-shaped patterns popular in the culture and architecture of Podhale (Polish mountain region). At the same time, it evokes the shape of a mould used to make oscypek (traditional Polish cheese, made with sheep milk and sold mainly in Podhale). One side of the board is used for cutting, the other one – for serving. There are three sizes for different kinds of cheese. The largest board with sixteen hollows is intended for the serving of bryndza (also a traditional Polish sheep cheese) or redykołki (similar to oscypek) with cranberries. A medium-sized board is intended for an oscypek or gołka (smoked cheese made with cow milk) and the smallest one – for cottage cheese.
