A human ear lying in the grass (“Blue Velvet”, 1986) is a symbol drawn from the subconscious of a remarkable director. David Lynch (1946–2025) crafted his films through intuition. And so, exploring his work becomes an open-ended journey – an ongoing attempt to understand and reinterpret the inner world of a man who is no longer with us.
At first glance, the projects of Zaria Mielińska, Daga Hasior, and WVJOT appear to be unrelated narratives, all woven into the complex structure of jacquard fabric. But a closer look reveals there’s nothing accidental here.
