DE.SERKI is a set of three boards for cutting and serving Polish cheeses. The design is inspired by the diamond-shaped patterns popular in the culture and architecture of Podhale (Polish mountain region). At the same time, it evokes the shape of a mould used to make oscypek (traditional Polish cheese, made with sheep milk and sold mainly in Podhale). One side of the board is used for cutting, the other one for serving. There are three sizes for different kinds of cheese. The largest board with sixteen hollows is intended for the serving of bryndza (also a traditional Polish sheep cheese) or redykołki (similar to oscypek) with cranberries. A medium-sized board is intended for an oscypek or gołka (smoked cheese made with cow milk) and the smallest one for cottage cheese.
