In the heart of the Łódź Design Festival, a unique space awaits you – Elle Decoration Reading Room. Stop for a moment in a place where you will feel that good design is a comfort. ELLE Decoration is a cult magazine that takes you on a journey through the world of design, delights with aesthetics, inspires and sets trends. This year we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Polish edition of the magazine. For a quarter of a century we have been accompanying designers, architects and lovers of beautiful interiors, combining the world of applied art with everyday attention to quality and details.

In this zone you will find the latest issues of the magazine and a space to relax with inspiring reading.

E. Stompel Bookstore, located at 11 Piotrkowska Street, is one of the oldest bookstores in Lodz. It is characterized by a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction, but also a section with literature in English and books for learning languages. You can also find sheet music with classical and contemporary music.

The bookstore’s booth at the festival will feature titles treating design in its broadest sense, taking into account, among other things, utilitarian objects or interiors. In addition, there will be items relating to architecture and design, as well as albums with works by prominent photographers. There will also be room for beautifully published children’s literature. There will be popular and niche Polish publications, as well as foreign publishers.

The bookstore’s booth will feature, among others, the award-winning “must have” books: “SAW – The Art of People and Places” – Łódź Design Festival or Notes I Believe In Paper – Łódź Design Festival.
