PARTICIPATION RULES

 

More than a decade and a half ago, a plebiscite was initiated, which today is considered one of the most important awards in Polish design. In the anniversary edition of must have, the Board of Experts awarded 65 exceptional products that respond to the needs of modern users, combining aesthetics, functionality and responsibility.

 

This year must have celebrates its 15th anniversary. On this occasion, the Lodz Art Center Foundation – the organizer of the Łódź Design Festival – established two special anniversary awards. The first, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, will go to Maja Ganszyniec – a designer whose consistent approach to design and numerous awards make her one of the most important figures in contemporary design in Poland. The second award will go to the Noti brand – a manufacturer that has won the most must have titles over the years, becoming a symbol of quality and innovation.

 

The plebiscite is also accompanied by an exhibition where you will be able to see the awarded products. The exhibition can be visited at the Festival Center, Art_Inkubator.
