“Hand in Hand” project was created for stroke survivors and their loved ones. Using flexible finger straps, it connects the affected hand of a patient with the healthy hand of a caregiver, enabling synchronized movements. This is not just a rehabilitation tool but also a way to provide mutual support and strengthen emotional bonds. The solution can be used for basic motor exercises as well as for performing simple daily tasks. Its minimalistic design allows for sensory stimulation and direct contact with objects. The warmth of the healthy hand helps warm up the typically colder hand of the patient.
