Overstimulation, overwhelm and tension are problems experienced by more and more people nowadays. Despite the increasing mindfulness directed towards taking care of physical and mental health, we still experience situations during which it is difficult to relax the body. The »“UTUL” Weighted Collar« presses the Trapezius muscle, which pain is often a reaction to long-term stress. This product helps to relax the muscles, weight down and calm down the body, and even maintain the correct body posture. I wanted the collar to be comfortable during everyday activities, so I used a fastener that increases wearing comfort. “UTUL” is made of linen and has a glass microballs filling, making it machine washable. Simplicity and elegant design make the relaxing »Weighted Collar “UTUL”« present itself great not only at home but also in the workplace and other public spaces.

Magdalena Znamienkiewicz
A student of Design at the Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław. Growing up in an artistic environment, she had developed a desire to create, and gain experience in various fields of art, including drawing, painting, and photography. Currently, she is pursuing her diploma in the Pro-Social Design Studio on the topic of helping children recognize and experience emotions. She wants to implement projects that help people and have a real impact on their lives. In addition, she likes creating fashion design and ceramics.
